FAQ 1,Discuss about your company profile.
Jinchen Reply: we are a factory specializing in manufacturing mold parts and mechanical parts, with ISO:9001, and the overall tolerance of parts can be achieve ±0.02um. mainly exported to Europe and Japan.

FAQ 2，”Good day, could you please send us your product catalog”
Jinchen Reply:Our factory specializing in the production of various industries of non-stardand plastic mold parts, die casting mold parts, stamping mold parts and automatic mechanical parts.
such as Automotive mold parts, Connector mold parts、medical mould、Pen mold parts, cosmetics mold parts、Thread core inserts、PET Preform mold parts and various bottle & cap mold spare parts, etc.
Please refer to the attached company introduction for details, along with a list of our production equipment and inspection equipment for your reference.
However, a detailed catalog of non-standard mold parts is not available. I have mainly listed some parts below that we can produce internally for your reference.
It depends on the customer’s drawings. In short, we can produce round and square parts.
Jinchen’s internal production catalog:
Slider Insert，Sprue Busings，Guide Pins（GP），Guide Bushings，
Ejector Pin/Pin、ejector sleeve、 open nozzle、hot nozzle, Thread core inserts etc non-standard mold parts.

FAQ 3,Commercial discussion.
Jinchen Reply:Payment within 15 days of receiving the parts.
(Based on the specific results of discussions with the client)
FAQ 4,Discuss on timeline and quality.
Jinchen Reply:The production LT is 7-20days and express LT 3-5 days, also noted on the quotation.
If there is any problem with the size and quality of the parts we produce, we will remake them free of charge.
FAQ 5,Is warranty service available?
Jinchen Reply: If it is our quality issue, we will certainly provide warranty service.
If it is the problem in the production process, we don’t know how to provide warranty service, and other customers have not put forward this demand.
Because the cost of the parts is not high, plus the freight cost problem,If the customer is willing to pay these costs, we can also provide paid warranty service,but i think the customer should not be willing.
FAQ 6,Do you have a 3D CMM measuring equipment?
Jinchen Reply: we have a 3D CMM measuring equipment, which we purchased it in March of this year 2025. the brand is HEXAGON,
FAQ 7,Do you have profile grinding machines? Also jig grinding machines?
Jinchen Reply: yes, we do. profile grinder is also a type of surface grinding. we use surface grinding to form. put a fixture/jig on the surface grinder, and can grind special shapes, contours, steps, etc.

FAQ 8,How do you handle customs if I have a product manufactured by you?
Jinchen Reply: Regarding customs clearance, we generally choose DAP terms. because these are parts and generally light,
We delivery them by international Express, which takes only 3-5 days. our agent will assist with customs clearance.
Customers simply submit the relevant documents online or by email according to agent’s instructions. this is very quick and easy, such as the tax ID number.
DDP terms can also be selected. In this case, we will include the importer’s tariff in our quote.Please choose the terms that suits you.
FAQ 9,Do you also have experience with DDP terms? Can you offer that to me as well?
Jinchen Reply:Yes, I also have customers who use DDP terms.
Most of our customers are from abroad, many of them are from XXX.
DHL will deliver the goods and the customer is only responsible for receiving the goods.
FAQ 10，How to protect customer confidentiality（information)
Jinchen Reply:We will sign NDA with our clients, and the drawings provided to the production department will have the client’s information covered, so please rest assured.
